Just as at Beef Marais, Beef Paradis Steakhouse delights them with the quality of meat for which the brand is renowned, "as much as the friendliness of the welcome, the service and the generosity of the plates", hastens to add concept founder Christophe Soret. The choice of meat breeds is the key to his success, and he doesn't skimp on quality: Limousin rib steak and entrecôte when it's not an Irish or Argentine breed, or the famous Black Angus. The meats are often quite exceptional, matured for three to six weeks, and accompanied by the inevitable fries, seasonal vegetables and homemade sauces. Beware, Le Beef also offers "some great and genuine proposals for our vegetarian friends", stresses the owner. In both the 4th and 10th arrondissements, Le Beef's restaurants share the same strengths: open 7 days a week and continuous service on Saturdays and Sundays.
