Gourmet Restaurant In the teeming Rue de Paradis, Dante has found its place, discreetly and efficiently, in this clean, parquet-floored space. Dante's cuisine is contemporary, simple in its preparation, sophisticated in its combinations and blends, as well as in its choice of products: yellowtail ikejime yoghurt verbena apricot umeboshi blackcurrant leaf tempura, plaice green beans, pistachio, jasmine, and a few prestige products depending on the season (lobster with elderberry ice cream, sweetbreads with xo rhubarb sauce and barbecued chard).
