A sense of trust prevails among the regulars at this prominent and trendy spot. Amandine Chaignot and her teams create secret menus at fairly affordable prices (€32 for lunch, €65 for dinner) according to their whims, all in an atmosphere of sharing and camaraderie. Of course, you have to embrace the “let us take care of it” approach—for example, by appreciating that Wednesdays are vegetarian nights and willingly letting yourself be swept along.
