Gourmet Restaurant Pouliche, an address where simplicity becomes precision. The cuisine, clean and efficient, goes straight to the point, and the carefully prepared dishes focus on freshness and balance, without being overly audacious, but with a fine sense of timing: ceviche of lean meat, beet mint salad and gazpacho green oil feta cucumber, guinea fowl supreme, roasted eggplant, zucchini and bell pepper cream, walnut cake and strawberry mascarpone salad make a pleasant, well-balanced conclusion. The setting, bright and uncluttered, exudes casual chic, with a lovely opening onto the outdoors in season. The service, professional and sincere, sometimes suffers from a slight lack of experience. The well-thought-out wine list offers an attractive regional panorama at fair prices.
