Gourmet Restaurant A newcomer to the eastern plateau, Le 111 has quickly found its place in a concert that's not very well supplied on the outskirts of Rouen. A vast contemporary room with a visible kitchen in the entrance, with a good level of bourgeois comfort, even if the tables are close enough to cover in semi-gastro mode. And if you can't avoid the standard codes, tuna tataki and colored dots on the plate, you'll appreciate an affordable lunch menu at €32 and some good intentions among the suggestions on the slate, rabbit terrine with chanterelle pickles or crunchy peas with a less convincing farm pig. The dessert is basic (a slightly thick apricot jelly with verbena ice cream), the service quite plentiful, kind and dedicated, the cellar modest, forged, as in many establishments in a town without vineyards, by the same renowned wine merchant.
