Gourmet Restaurant The experienced Benjamin Bonnichon is now at home. With Adélie Lechifflart, he has set up shop and can now freely demonstrate his real expertise, particularly in the precision of cooking and seasoning. The menu comes as no surprise. The menu is classic. This is by no means a fault. Take, for example, the roasted king prawns dipped in a creamy cream of carrot seasoned with chorizo and curry. The thick fillet of sea bream with its crispy skin is accompanied by a champagne tarragon sauce, which could be more pronounced, and Jerusalem artichokes. To finish, a crispy buckwheat pancake contrasts nicely with diced caramelized pineapple. Consensual and effective! Renovated with a seaside feel inside and out, this new address offers a pleasantly bright room with no decorative fuss (avoid, if possible, the small table very close to the entrance).
