Chef Cédric Rouvier offers a coherent menu, typical of fine coastal hotels, blending noble products and marine inspirations: roasted langoustines with yakisoba condiment and spring vegetables, asparagus tips and chorizo potato cromesquis with vegetable butter, white chocolate strawberry raspberry tartlet with pink lychee ice cream. Oysters and seafood platters, well-designed menus at €38 and €54.
