Gault&Millau's review2026
Christophe Le Marrec, who has also worked in the Ville Blanche, has been running his own restaurant since 2018, bringing the Brélévenez district to life with great consistency. It's a very pretty Breton house, decorated in contemporary taste, with shades of indigo blue and copper yellow, and sober lines. The cuisine is masterful, highlighting the merits of local produce: a spider crab in green apple cannelloni, cucumber-lime gazpacho, dill bavarois and mango mayonnaise, a pan-fried peach return, sweet potato mousseline with olive oil, green asparagus, tabbouleh, parsnip pulp with lemon confit and fish velouté, a chocolate dessert, milky cocoa tuile, caramel mounted ganache, caramel and buckwheat ice cream. Menus from €36 to €56.
