Gault&Millau's review2026
One of the finest restaurants in the prestigious Courchevel, Méribel and La Tania mountain circle. The chalet is magnificent, the table is fine, and Laurent Azoulay, who hails from Provence, has had the time over the last ten years to acclimatize to both the region and its chic international clientele. Throughout the winter, he offers a brilliant menu, inspired by plants and prestige, inventive and varied: violet artichokes in a fine foie gras and truffle tart, Savoy trout with beet and Pétrossian sour cream and caviar, squab on trunk, filet with cocoa nibs and confit leg beatillos in a corn caper blueberry sauce. He doesn't hesitate to deliver some memories with a pretty bouillabaisse, comforting and subtle on a red mullet with binchotan and Provence citrus fruits for dessert. Excellent service, rich, classic cellar.
