Chef's Restaurant It was one of the first hotels to open in Méribel after the war, and remains one of its most famous institutions today, continuing to provide top-notch service and fine gastronomy. Today, the 4* hotel can count on the good services of Ludovic Escaich, proposing each year an engaging new version of French gastronomy, traditionally inspired and slightly revisited. Reopening for the 2025-2026 season on December 19.
