One of the resort's first hotels, it's an unmissable institution that continues to serve as a model for many other establishments. The 4* hotel-spa boasts a fine gourmet menu by Ludovic Escaich. His menu is classic and timeless: Savoy ham, beaufort and Bresse cream pizzette, Caesar salad with Ain farm chicken, veal blanquette and rice, poultry fricassee with yellow wine and tagliatelle... A well-stocked cellar, with over four hundred references.
