Gourmet Restaurant Just off the Place Betclar, a restaurant that honors the Gers region and Gascon market produce with a cuisine beautifully crafted by chef Patrick Bonnans, who follows the seasons and new arrivals to compose his frequently renewed menu. Sliced duck breast, confit, cassoulet or daube au vin de Gascogne, duck is well treated, but black pork also has its place. For dessert, a pastis gascon or prune ice cream with armagnac. The wine list follows suit, and the welcome is very pleasant.
