Gault&Millau's review2025
A harmonious blend of the 17th and 21st centuries, this address in the raw heart of the Gers is a rendezvous between the architecture of yesteryear and the furnishings of today, brought together with a formidable regional gentleness. After the rooms, with their bare, soothing decor, comes the beautiful dining room, with its high ceilings, unfinished parquet flooring, large steel fireplace and canvas hanging lights, which are a welcome addition to the local dishes, where care is given to both form and content, for rediscovering fine red mullet tart, cod back with piquillo cream, sliced duck breast with plum sauce, apple crumble with prune-armagnac ice cream. Good service.
