Description
Sponsored Nestled on the port of Gruissan is a jewel of semi-gastronomy. A cozy 20-seat space where nature reigns. This spirit is also evident in every bite of the refined, original dishes, beautifully presented and made from local organic produce. Everything is a sign of rigor, from the cooking to the bold combinations of flavors. For example: as a starter, how can you resist crispy duck and red cabbage salad with Asian flavours? Then, how not to succumb to the roasted salmon on skin, vegetables from Canguilhem (their market gardener) with raisins and red pesto, before delighting the taste buds with the Gourmandiz macaroon, white chocolate mousse, nectarine poached in tea from their flower grower Cécile Sens souci? "Thanks to the size of the establishment, we can take the time to welcome our customers and serve them inventive, well-crafted cuisine that changes regularly", concludes owner Audrey Dietz, who also makes a success of her wine selection, and whose spotlight on producers is much appreciated.
