Original Restaurant In this picturesque village south of Narbonne, right on the edge of the pond, this marine address is a rendezvous that gives as much pleasure to the eyes as to the taste buds. While enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding area and a chic, southern setting, you'll be able to feast on local arrivals, cappuccino de cranquette, crème fleurette and pinch of cinnamon, panaché de coquillages, langoustine ravioli, carapace jus with rancio and Sichuan pepper, sautéed pond eels with parsley, milk chocolate feuillantine and roasted hazelnuts.
