Sponsored Manager and Chef Van Thoai Le welcomes you to his spacious and comfortable La Rivière des Parfums restaurant, which boasts a large terrace. Here, your taste buds will fly away to Southeast Asia for an unforgettable gastronomic voyage. This restaurant specializes in traditional Vietnamese dishes made with fresh local produce. You'll find the emblematic Phô Bô, a traditional Vietnamese beef soup available in different versions (chicken, seafood, pork), or the unmissable Bò Bún, complete or in multiple variations (beef, chicken, shrimp, fish...). Also on the menu: pepper leaves filled with Asian-flavored meat, Vietnamese pancakes made with rice flour or green papaya salad. The dessert menu features rice-based Che, café frappés and fresh exotic fruits. Ideal dishes for vegans and gluten- and glutamate-free dieters. All accompanied by a fine menu of Asian cocktails, wines and beers.
