Description
Sponsored Club armchairs, photographs of Havana and, in one corner, a Thompson submachine gun: there's no doubt we're transported to the United States of the 20s and 30s. A concept created by Éric Le Corre, who ran a number of establishments and created three cocktail academies before settling in Jullouville, near Granville. Mixologist and bartender, Éric offers classic cocktails (made according to the rules of the art) and creations for which he won't reveal his secret: entrust him with your desires and he'll create the cocktail of your dreams. In all, some sixty proposals, with or without alcohol, a whisky cellar and a rum cellar. In the kitchen, platters (Corsican, Mexican, Oceanic...) and grills, burgers and salads are served alongside a new suggestion every day devised by Chef Frédéric Pioline, who has worked in top restaurants in Paris and Granville. In the ivory-and-black dining room, or on the recently renovated terrace, there are areas dedicated to eating out or enjoying a drink... why not at one of the concerts regularly organized by the house.
