Granville has the wind in its sails, and tourists come to cool off when the heatwave sweeps across the country. In this Citadelle, we defend a solid tradition, that of fishermen and breeders, in a reassuring setting where Cyrille and Anne Doraphé deploy the charms of the land: house-smoked salmon and Isigny cream, Chausey oysters, filet of pollack plancha with basil cream, orange rum baba and mascarpone cream. This virtuous cuisine loves Normandy, its pastures and sea spray, and Chausey lobster and sole meunière can also be part of the adventure for special days.
