Gourmet Restaurant A faithful address for Grandvillian life and Chausey lobster. The sea spray is in the dining room, the arrivals are fresh and the tradition is well followed in this solid house, which is regularly refreshed. If you're not tempted by the lobster menu, the attractive €49.90 formula is just what you need: warm oysters with Isigny cream and yuzu pearls, flaked skate with Vire andouille, monkfish medallions au gratin with aïoli, iced nougat with candied fruit and red fruit coulis. Professional service, classic cellar selection.
