Sponsored La Planque, nestled in a pedestrian street in the heart of Sainte-Maxime, is much more than just a pizzeria: it's a little corner of hidden authenticity where Italian know-how and French products make all the difference. Here, homemade is king, with Neapolitan pizzas that combine light, airy dough, local produce and creativity. The dough is unique. Made from three different flours, it is pampered for 48 hours before passing through the chef's hands. The result: original creations such as the Purple Rain, with its beet cream, the Noix Désir, topped with savory pancetta and mozzarella di Bufala, or the Green & Yellow, sublimated by a 24-month Aubrac cured ham... In the mouth, diners vibrate with pleasure, as each pizza is a true culinary delight. In the cellar, a fine selection of craft beers and some fine local wines.
