This address in the heart of the old town defends its classics, seriously executed: sautéed and fried calamari, Mediterranean bell pepper and spinach reduction, spaghetti di gragnano with sea urchins and gambas, lasagne with veal ragout, parmesan cream, rosemary powder and meat jus, turbot in saltimbocca, passito wine reduction, asparagus, spring onions and coffee powder...
