Gault&Millau's review 2025

The first address in the AREV collection - which means "sun" in Armenian - this 5-star boutique hotel will open in March 2024, just a stone's throw from the famous Place des Lices. Its style, both elegant and relaxed, blends classic Provencal tradition with bright colors, stripes and toile de Jouy in its 43 rooms and suites. The gardens, designed by landscape architect Jesús Ibáñez, are an invitation to stroll and meditate. At table, the Strand Resto celebrates the flavors of the South, while Q's Bar extends the evening in a hushed atmosphere. A pied-à-terre on the Riviera that resurrects the carefree spirit of the Tropezian golden age.
