Come and discover Reunionese cuisine, "finely spiced but not spicy." Entering the Gisquet family restaurants is like going on a happy family picnic! The cuisine is shared and the dishes are varied. On the menu: vegetable achard, samoussas, vanilla duck, Creole salads, sausage rougail, chilli sauce on the side and, available, chemin de fer for dessert. These are just some of the many specialties prepared with the greatest respect for Creole traditions.
