Remarkable Restaurant The Delpierre family has consolidated a highly attractive offering over the years, combining a comfortable hotel, a top-notch gastro restaurant and a successful brasserie in a single location. Benjamin Delpierre, Alain's son, is continuing the work and making it evolve, with inspired, modern dishes: snails and eel with eggplant and green beans with cardamom, quinoa-crusted lobster soufflé with chorizo bell pepper and barberry, lamb risotto with pearl barley and shallot tatin. The attractive €95 formula includes dishes from the à la carte menu, providing a nice overview. A well-developed cellar, with grands crus and a fine selection of white wines, service to match the chef's toques, and a fine view of the sea from the upstairs bay windows.
