Chef's Restaurant A high level of professionalism, a chef's savoir-faire: that's what you get from this model marine brasserie, designed and inspired by Alexandre Gauthier (La Grenouillère, 5 toques). His teams are motivated and committed to giving their best, whether it's a moules frites or a lobster, and the enchanted ship is doing well, welcoming a huge clientele and pleasing everyone (even the thirty or so people regularly waiting their turn on the sidewalk are all smiles). The freshness and precision of the accompaniments are a delight, from the carpaccio of royal sea bream with lemon caviar to the very generous wing of skate with capers and glutinous rice, perfectly cooked, before a regressive and delightful Liège chocolate, the likes of which you won't find anymore. A very appropriate cellar, forged by the Grenouillère sommelier team, and perfectly adapted, both in choice and price.
