Gourmet Restaurant Before or after a show in the theater district, this Parisian bistro-brasserie offers a wide range of traditional dishes. We appreciate the catalog, which is typical and correctly applied in a register that's not so easy to master: onion soup au gratin, Burgundy snails, duck confit and white bean casserole, Burgundy-style braised beef chuck. Trust this gentle Minet's classics, right down to the crème brûlée. Without getting too adventurous, we'll stay around €50.
