Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's one of the great institutions of the Right Bank, housed in a 17th-century mansion and now one of the most emblematic restaurants of recent years. The décor is inspired by the great Parisian brasseries, and the cuisine is bourgeois to a high standard. The plates are right on trend, with a starter of French peas, clams and guanciale, white asparagus and gribiche sauce, grilled lobster, rice pilaf and Béarnaise sauce, farm poultry in vinegar, spring onions and lettuce, and a pavlova with red fruits.
