Why “small”? There are no half-measures here, actually, because the portions are substantial—and often generous—on a rather extensive €48 menu that guarantees a truly satisfying meal: snails and pointed cabbage with parsley, Aveyron-style pascade with white ham, mushrooms, and herb-flavored fromage blanc; ricotta and spinach cannelloni; beef cheek with potato mousse and sauce vierge. Finish with rice pudding or chocolate pascade, washed down with Menetou de la Farge or Vinsobres from Perrin.
