Gourmet Restaurant A good little treat that can start at the crack of dawn with tripoux for breakfast from 8.30am to 11am. So much for the Aveyron spirit of this place, where you'll also find pascade (which was the previous name) with ham in Roquefort sauce, and more contemporary and unifying ideas: beef tataki and salmon ceviche with citrus fruits, cod with asparagus and citrus beurre blanc, braised beef cheek with onions... Tightly-priced (around €50 with the Dulcey crème anglaise chocolate moelleux), with a good selection of wines, including by the glass.
