Sponsored Here, Nina Boutry has created elegance and delicacy opposite the Porte Saint-Antoine, which leads to the Hameau de la Reine: 3 rooms on the first floor and another that can be privatized upstairs, tablecloth-covered tables, magnificent ceramic tiling and pretty black-and-white photos on the walls, in a nod to her New York years. At the piano, Chef Jimmy Goberville sets the French culinary tradition to music by revisiting dishes simmered at low temperature; a meeting between terroir and innovation. In his smokehouse, he prepares salmon, duck and octopus, which he serves with sublime sauces of his own inspiration and seasonal vegetables. The foie gras is exceptional, and the endive salad with Auvergne blue cheese, walnuts and a creamy sauce will delight even the most reluctant taste buds. La Closerie is definitely an experience where finesse and generosity come together. Depending on the season, opt for the terrace, transformed into a winter garden as soon as the cooler weather arrives, an enchanted space planted with flowers and trees.
