Gourmet Restaurant The address is a little lost in a quiet street, but it's worth a detour for its regularity, its setting and its slightly precious atmosphere, all of which match the distinguished cuisine that relies on often noble products: foie gras royale, roasted scallops with citrus shellfish butter, seven-hour Sisteron lamb with thyme juice and chickpea purée in a good €49 menu, ending with a chocolate dried fruit tartlet.
