The people of Aix, like ourselves, are attached to this typical Moroccan address, which looks like a hidden riad that could be in Marrakech as well as in Aix. The lovely setting, the warm welcome, the hushed tone, all contribute to a delightful change of scenery, with briouattes and pastillas, Berber tajine, kefta couscous, kebab couscous or royal couscous, accompanied by Boulaouane or Guerrouane.
