Chef's Restaurant Things are getting very serious at Loïc Petri, who is imposing a single seven-course menu, now at €89, adding a small €70 for the liquid pairing. The experience continues to please, that's for sure, but it can only be reserved with time and a little money, to taste this multiple sequence that plays on the products and on the finesse of the association, scallops and Albufera sauce, sea bass and roots with buttermilk, marinated sucrine Charolais meat and truffle... Legitimate ambition, far from the conventional restaurant.
