Sponsored After an experience in Paris, Stéphanie and Sébastien Charles have returned to where they grew up. At lunchtime, two formulas are offered for workers needing to eat fast and well. On Wednesday and Friday evenings, pizza is on the menu. And at weekends, it's time for the Chef's semi-gastronomic cuisine: "Customers treat themselves. They don't expect to eat what they're about to taste. I work on some exotic, original combinations. Fish and meat are cooked at low temperature. I also attach great importance to the wine list (Burgundy, of course, has pride of place) and spirits, with a fine selection of Japanese rums and whiskies. I make all my own desserts, having trained as a baker-patissier. My plan is to open a bakery adjoining the restaurant". In the meantime, come and enjoy a gourmet menu, based on fresh, local produce, which changes every month, and a team fuelled by strong convictions: "Whatever the dish served and the customer's profile, we respond with the same level of quality and with a craftsman's approach", conclude the restaurateurs.
