Description
Sponsored Cindy Podevin and Grégory Leleu's restaurant is housed in a wonderful, cosy setting, combining old stones and contemporary decor, opposite the 10th-century château. Here, fresh seasonal produce is magnified: IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) oysters from the nearby island of Tatihou, Breton vegetables, fresh fish from the Cotentin, French meat and other delicacies from the passion orchards (vinegar, jelly, cider...). On the slate, reinvented daily, the Chef composes a creative and original cuisine: 2 starters, 5 main courses and 3 desserts, with imaginative extras such as 5A andouillette, rib-eye steak or divine Signature suggestions, such as roasted half-lobster flambéed in Calvados or marrow bone au gratin and sweetbreads accompanied by a purée of vitelottes with truffle oil. What a delight for your taste buds! All day long in the sunshine, the flower-filled, shaded terrace will enchant you with its panoramic view of the château's keep.
