Gourmet Restaurant A good stopover on the Saint-Vaast side, with a superb view of the coast and Val de Saire countryside. The cuisine is wise, engaging and well-crafted: Saint-Vaast oysters, fish soup, Isigny salmon roll, filet mignon of pork with bell pepper coulis, fine local beef tenderloin with Bordelaise sauce. Classic desserts (pavlova with Réville raspberries), small cellar ditto.
