Gault&Millau's review 2025

A spectacular sight… Located on the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula, this hotel is first and foremost about the view: a breathtakingly beautiful landscape featuring a small fishing port, a golden-sand beach, and, on the horizon, the dark silhouettes of the islands of Jersey and Guernsey. Warm and relaxed, this retreat features 26 contemporary rooms, most of which open onto a balcony overlooking the sea. The final highlight of the property is its remarkable dining experience: the restaurant Le Marnage, led by Chef Victor Leboucher, which offers “seaside regional” cuisine that celebrates the local produce of the Cotentin in all its richness and seasonality.
