Gourmet Restaurant Of course, we're delighted to welcome the revival of La Marine, with a promising young chef, Victor Leboucher, who has also worked at La Bouitte des Meilleur. We're off to a good start, and the toques should climb after our first tests, which show ambition, and still a certain reserve: leeks in tartelette with marine vinaigrette, home-made bourride, buckwheat chocolate with lime. Three-course menu for €59, well-stocked cellar.
