Chef's Restaurant Modern, lively and smiling, this is the modern bistro that everyone in Cherbourg loves, and we're not the last to appreciate it. On the slate of the moment, ideas fly, looking in all corners of the planet what can inspire the chef around seasonal products: vitello tonnato, arancini mushroom mozza siphon with herbs, tzatziki or razor clams with parsley, monkfish risotto caponata or basse côte normande grenailles and veal jus, apricot or cheesecake for dessert. The cellar offers just as many novelties, and the young wait staff are just as enthusiastic.
