Gourmet Restaurant It's a local address, in spirit and in practice, championing four-handed cooking and serving the region according to the markets, in a most complicit mood. The fir-tree frontage sets the tone, with its product-focused approach and emphasis on sustainable channels. In the plates of Inès de Saint-Jores and Axel de Caseneuve, harmony and a delightful use of condiments are the order of the day: mint gaspacho, peas and miso chantilly, a vegetable cromesquis, spicy salsa, cream of eggplant and sesame emulsion, snacked poultry, potato tatin with truffle cream, cream of eggplant and strong jus, creamy vanilla yoghurt and apricot compote. Menus from €29 to €56.
