Gourmet Restaurant Formerly of the Lancaster in Paris, Grégoire James has returned home to offer bistronomic and regional cuisine. With Élodie, the chef has taken over Pierre Lefebvre's table in the heart of the Vaugueux district, and for the past year has been defending a good level of experience. The menu alternates between Norman and more general pleasures, with tomato and mozzarella carpaccio, tomato and celery sorbet, snacked octopus, violet mustard, mushroom condiment and seasonal vegetables, Bayeux pork chop, pressed summer vegetables in tian and plum condiment, and a dessert of rhubarb, strawberry, mascarpone, honey tuile and wisteria gel. Lunch menu €25.
