Gourmet Restaurant At the entrance to the Vaugueux district, Le Bouchon is a safe stopping-off point for efficient classics in a comforting atmosphere. The place is familiar, with its parquet floor and small bistro furniture, its counter and its dishes on the slate, traditions past and present. Snails from the Auge meadow are on the menu, as are matured rump steak and potatoes, duck breast with sweet spices and duck leg compote with blueberries, cherry clafoutis and amarena. Menu €39.
