Chef's Restaurant A 4* hotel, a spa and a fine gourmet restaurant combine to create one of the prefecture's most elegant venues, just a stone's throw from the château. Stéphane Pugnat's house is a tribute to the region and its traditions, offering an old-fashioned experience, where you dine dazzled by the silverware, and the cheese cart invites you to indulge. There's no shortage of noble products, including pan-fried duck foie gras with roasted hazelnut, cherries in Banyuls vinegar; turbot from Grandcamp, quinoa, curry, tomato coulis and Isigny oyster with coriander; roasted Cotentin lamb, honey from the Pays Virois, cumin, green beans, feta and almonds; and traditional crepes Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier. Well-stocked cellar.
