Sponsored In the heart of the Latin Quarter, Restaurant Jules is all about bistronomy and the expertise of our artisans. Here, homemade dishes and seasonal produce punctuate the menu and fuel the conversations of gourmets in the dining room. In the kitchen, the Chef, who has worked at the legendary Brasserie Lipp, doesn't mess around with tradition and exceptional products. Meat from Boucherie Metzger, seafood from Reynaud, fruit and vegetables from Vergers de Saint-Eustache. The result is a cuisine full of pep and a deliberately limited menu where quality rhymes with generosity. Poêlée de cœurs de canard, oignons rôtis, piquillos et huile de persil, L'aile ou la cuisse du Gars Daudet, jus à l'estragon, purée de ma grand-mère, poêlée de pleurote, pêche du jour... Perfection in cooking, respect for the products, perfect pairing. Everything is good, like this pork chop with its full-bodied jus. The desserts are not to be outdone, notably the Chef's signature dish, a creamy rice pudding with salted butter caramel, reminiscent of a return to childhood. Whether in the cosy, uncluttered setting of the dining room or on the terrace, the customer's senses are tantalized.
