Gourmet Restaurant There's no shortage of imagination in this corner restaurant with its somewhat secretive charm, its simple yet refined setting, and the mastery of chef Anne-Lise Genouël's preparations on hidden menus in the evening, in three courses at €38 for lunch. A fine seasonal dish with celery and heliantis with chorizo, beef empanadas with sweet potato squash and satay, pecan pear waffle with miso caramel. Good cellar references from all regions (Paquet, Mas Foulaquier, Entrefaux...).
