In a bright, uncluttered setting, people come here as much for the warm atmosphere as for the lively, fresh cuisine orchestrated by these passionate chefs. Behind the stoves, Aurore juggles seasonal produce and the riches of the land to create creative, gourmet dishes. On the menu, which changes with the seasons, bistronomic tacos are sublimated by a marinated Black Angus onglet, simmered with merguez from the Ferme de Fourches. Local dishes of the highest quality, such as gravlax of Essonne trout and cannelloni of crudités with poached free-range egg. Very concerned with animal welfare, the couple work exclusively with recognized and reputable producers. The desserts are also up to scratch, from the chocolate brownie fondant to the revisited tatin. In the cellar, you'll find craft beers and a fine selection of AOP and AOC-labeled wines...
