Description
Sponsored Located in the ashtray of a former boiler room, the site chosen by Lucas Grabowski for his restaurant is atypical, to say the least, with an industrial setting warmed by the interior design by Sacha Guiset. In the kitchen, the Chef composes a fine, delicate cuisine inspired by his family's travels (Russia, Morocco, Thailand), as well as his shared experience working alongside a former Top Chef contestant. Lucas works seasonally with meats from the Pas-de-Calais region and fish from the Boulogne-sur-Mer fish auction. He collaborates with a grower of aromatic herbs and edible flowers, who contribute to the chic, elegant presentation of the dishes. The menu is reinvented every month with innovative land and sea recipes born of Lucas' boundless creativity. As soon as the sun comes out, around fifty diners can take their seats on the shady south-facing terrace overlooking the Plaine Image park.
