Chef's Restaurant Now entirely taken over by Benjamin Bajeux from his parents, the famous Baratte is now one of the "Maisons Bajeux". With what you might call a modern editorial line, based on the quality of the product in a treatment that is both simple and technical, insisting on original flavors. In this sought-after, elegant dining room, the à la carte choice is short but precise and gourmet: crab and quinoa cannelloni, homemade foie gras with seasonal fruit compote, low-temperature monkfish with sweet potato curry sauce, sweetbreads with shallots, darphin potatoes and leeks... Good menu at €40, with fruit or chocolate desserts.
