Gault&Millau's review 2025

As you climb the gentle slope of pedestrian Rue Ferdinand Flocon, with the Sacré-Coeur in the background, you'll find this attractive new table. At the helm are Gabriel Gras Fernandez (ex Michel Sarran, Jean-Pierre Vigato, Christian Le Squer, Cobea, a troquet owned by Christian Etchebest and Bistrot du 11 in Versailles), and Jorice Sardain, formerly of Le Meurice with Cédric Grolet. This fine duo follow the seasonal market, using local produce and sustainable fishing. Pleasant starters include black mullet, artichoke, smoked condiment and grapes, well-confit veal, kale, broccoli, violet mustard and a concentrated veal jus, finishing with a gourmet baba, lemon cream, chantilly and homemade lemon liqueur. To accompany this cuisine, a small wine list with organic and natural wines at a reasonable price. A pleasant room with stone walls or caramel-colored roughcast, the few tables on the sidewalk offer a view of the Sacré-Coeur bell tower.
