Gault&Millau's review2025
In Montmartre, a trendy place with a contemporary twist. The genre is familiar, but the atmosphere is always pleasant, somewhere between post-industrial and converted bistro. Conceived by Nicolas Boissière, the restaurant's convincing execution and tempting offerings are a real winner: Jerusalem artichoke and celery velouté, beef carpaccio, haddock brandade with wasabi, braised ham hock, grandma's tiramisu. Interesting, varied wine cellar; attractive selection of organic wines.
