Gourmet Restaurant The address isn't immediately easy to find, set below the Avenue de Bayonne, near the exit for the A63 motorway; but once you've settled in, you'll find the pleasure of a pretty "nano" Basque bistro, contemporary and minimalist. Chef Alexandre Willaume, who worked at the Grand Hôtel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, has returned to simplicity, with a sustainable approach and a focus on the local economy, starting with vegetarian options. The menu gives a good overview of regional production, with lentil cream with almond milk and miso, Japanese-style marinated egg and herb salad, filet of st. Pierre with sweet potatoes and oyster mushrooms, tom kha soup with winter vegetables, tapioca with coconut milk and nashi. Set menu €27.
