Gourmet Restaurant A fine bistronomic table led by a chef with a significant background, having worked for Guy Savoy, Guy Martin and Sylvestre Wahid. Anaïs Sadek is committed to ethical cooking, favoring short circuits and seasonal produce, brought together in compositions that boil down to the essentials. In the same vein, the homemade beef pastrami, leeks, croutons, capers and gribiche, hake from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, eryngii mushrooms, smoked bacon, treviso and parsley, soy-marinated pork ribs, cabbage, ponzu and coriander vinaigrette, French toast, kiwi, brousse and sesame. As for the cellar, Thibault's selection is above all organic and natural.
