Chef's Restaurant A wonderful castle experience in the heart of the Creuse region, in this majestic Renaissance château set amidst ninety hectares of parkland. The moment is precious: a luxury hostelry and revisited regional cuisine, aimed at both domestic and foreign travelers. The chef promotes his heritage in a version spiced up with exotic inspirations, starting with a millefeuille of snails in persillade and Provençal sauce, followed by spice-crusted sea bream, leek fondue and Mediterranean cereals, a duck breast with raspberries and thyme, Moroccan-style vegetables and creamy polenta with parmesan and walnuts, and for dessert, a declension of figs. Good service.
