Chef's Restaurant A true haven of peace in the heart of the Valley of the Painters, overlooking the Creuse River. Marie-Pierre and Sébastien Proux's little village house is home to a sensory experience that's as much artistic as it is artisanal, where technique meets creation in a well-thought-out menu. The menu features goat's cheese and zucchini millefeuille with almond oil and Parmesan shortbread, roasted turbot back with garden rosemary, candied vegetables and lime sauce, Limousin beef filet with green pepper, melting potatoes and vegetables, and red fruit soup and sorbet. Smiling service.
